I can’t say how right the author is in this article about Google and the direction of Google, but I do agree on the emphasis of this article.
The
culture of an organization is an important aspect and the ultimate
responsibility of a leader is to nurture and shape the organizational
culture. Culture is not merely about values and mission statements but
revolves around how employees feel about their work.
